WINDOW TINT LAW DISCLAIMER

    KINGTINT.COM monitors many data feeds across the country from newspapers.
    radio, TV, and internet for the latest changes to window tint laws in each state;
    however, our information may not at all times be the most up-to-date.

    We have heard stories from our users that tint laws may even be enforced
    differently by each regional Police Department in the same state. In all cases,
    refer to you local authority for enforcement policies, current window tint laws,
    rules or regulations as the final authority to car window tint laws in your area.

    Most times these situations are not due to negligence by the police, but lack of
    clarity in terms of how the state window tint laws were written. You can think of
    the collection of laws for each state as a patchwork quilt, as time goes on, more
    patches need to be added and removed to keep the laws applicable towards the
    future.

    This process sometimes causes inconsistent window tint laws (patches) to border
    each other and make the entire section subject to interpretation.
